Under her leadership, CubeLogic achieved ambitious growth objectives for its minority PE investor, culminating in a successful exit in 2024. She spearheaded the adoption of the cutting edge sales and sales enablement tech, implemented data-driven forecasting,structurized the sales process and fostered a culture of accountability and innovation to deliver exceptional results.
Before CubeLogic, Natallia drove global expansion at Advanced Markets, a co-investment between Macquarie Bank and Cantor Fitzgerald. As Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Boston Technologies, she transformed a startup into an international powerhouse, achieving recognition as Boston’s fastest-growing company by the Boston Business Journal in 2012 and earning a place on the Inc. 500/5000 list for three consecutive years.
