Natallia Hunik is a senior revenue executive and Chief Revenue Officer with over 17 years of experience owning and scaling go-to-market and enterprise sales organizations across strategically backed, venture-backed, and private equity–backed companies. She has a strong track record of leading companies through critical growth phases—building durable GTM engines, professionalizing enterprise sales motions, and supporting successful exits.
Natallia currently serves as Vice President and Head of North America Sales at S&P Global Energy, where she leads the North America commercial organization, driving enterprise revenue strategy across one of the world’s most trusted providers of energy market intelligence and data. Her remit spans commercial team leadership, enterprise sales execution, and go-to-market acceleration in a complex, regulated market environment.
A recognized AI-forward commercial leader, Natallia brings a practical and strategic understanding of how AI is reshaping enterprise software, data products, and go-to-market execution. She has worked across AI-first product companies and data-intensive environments, partnering closely with product, engineering, and forward deployed teams to translate technical capabilities into commercial outcomes. She understands how to bridge the gap between what AI-powered platforms can do and what enterprise buyers actually need, accelerating both adoption and revenue.
Previously, Natallia was CRO at CubeLogic, a private equity-backed commodity risk and trading analytics platform, where she owned end-to-end go-to-market and enterprise sales. She led a full commercial transformation, unifying sales, marketing, and account management into a single GTM organization. Her work included institutionalizing modern enterprise sales methodologies, strengthening revenue visibility and forecasting rigor, closing complex multi-stakeholder transactions, and preparing the business for a successful private equity exit.
Before CubeLogic, Natallia led global GTM and enterprise sales initiatives at Advanced Markets, a joint venture between Macquarie Americas and Cantor Fitzgerald. She drove international expansion, diversified revenue streams, and built scalable sales and operating cadence for institutional clients across highly regulated capital markets, while serving as a senior commercial leader with global partners and customers.
Earlier in her career, Natallia was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Boston Technologies, where she owned global go-to-market execution and enterprise sales strategy. She helped scale a bootstrapped technology company into a global business, launched international sales offices across Europe and Asia, built high-performing distributed teams, and supported the company’s growth through acquisition.
Natallia is known for combining strategic clarity with operational rigor. Her leadership style is data-driven, hands-on, and outcome-oriented, with deep expertise in enterprise sales, go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystems, pricing and monetization, and revenue operations. She is particularly effective in complex, matrixed environments where credibility with boards, investors, and C-suite stakeholders is essential.
She holds an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Suffolk University.
